  • Service address (where cleaning/lawn services are required)

  • Booking details (service type, date/time, add-ons, special instructions, access notes)

  • Proof of payment for EFT deposits

  • Payment status, invoice and receipt details

  • We do not store your bank card details. Card payments (where applicable) are processed via third-party payment providers.

  • IP address (may be partially masked by analytics settings), device type, browser type

  • Pages visited, time spent, referral source

  • Cookies and similar technologies (see clause 9)

  • Dust & Done team members who need details to deliver services

Retention periods vary by record type (e.g., invoices and payment records may be kept longer).

Our website is built on Webnode, which may use cookies and similar technologies needed for site performance and functionality.

We also use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage patterns (e.g., pages visited, time spent, device/browser information, approximate location). This helps us improve the site and customer experience.

Some third-party services we use (for example Google Analytics, and potentially certain Webnode infrastructure or subprocessors) may process data outside South Africa.
